For main contractors reviewing subcontractor documents
Sloppy document review is your biggest compliance risk. And nobody’s flagging it.
When site pressure mounts, subcontractor documents get waved through. ComplyScope gives you a defensible, systematic review process — without keeping your safety team at a desk.
ComplyScope gives construction companies complete visibility across their subcontractor supply chain — before gaps become liability.
ComplyScope software detects gaps and organises compliance documentation against stated Irish regulatory standards at the time of review. The software does not constitute approval, sign-off, or verification of compliance. Responsibility for document review and approval remains with the duty holder. ComplyScope identifies gaps — it does not pass or fail documents. ComplyScope operates in accordance with EU AI Act transparency requirements.
Built from 20+ years of real HSEQ document review.
ComplyScope was built from hands-on HSEQ experience across construction, infrastructure and energy projects in Ireland and internationally.
Our mission is simple: get safety professionals back on site.
ComplyScope gives construction companies a complete compliance picture across their subcontractor supply chain — without the desk hours. AI-assisted review analyses RAMS, safety statements, certifications, plant records, training records, and insurance documentation — with findings severity-rated and mapped to relevant Irish construction legislation and guidance, ready for duty-holder review.
Live compliance registers. Real-time expiry tracking. Full RAG visibility across your supply chain. No chasing. No spreadsheets. No surprises before audit.
Built by a CMIOSH-chartered safety professional with 20+ years across Irish construction, infrastructure and energy.
Why it was built
Construction document review is often manual, rushed and inconsistent. Under programme pressure, people scan paperwork when they should be reviewing it thoroughly.
ComplyScope was built to improve that first pass. Not to replace professional judgement — to support it with structured, consistent outputs worth reviewing.
Built specifically for Irish construction
Calibrated against Irish legislation. Designed around Irish construction documentation. Structured around the duty-holder framework projects actually operate under.
How it works
Documents enter through your existing workflow — SharePoint, OneDrive, or direct upload. The software checks them automatically against defined standards and returns structured outputs for review. The duty holder makes every decision.
AI makes the process fast and consistent. Domain expertise makes it relevant. Human review keeps accountability where it belongs.
Get in touch
Send one document — a RAMS, a safety statement, or a certification folder — and we will return a structured output before any commercial conversation begins.
What makes ComplyScope different from generic AI tools, what it checks, what it costs, and the questions buyers ask first.
Why generic AI isn't enough
Any AI tool can read a document. But reading it is not the same as knowing what it needs to contain. ComplyScope is calibrated specifically against current Irish construction legislation — built by practitioners with deep site-level HSEQ expertise.

Investment
Engagements are priced against the cost of the risk being managed — not against what software typically costs.
Main contractors — Gap Detection
A Safety Advisor costs €40,000–€50,000 per year. ComplyScope replaces the most time-consuming part of their desk work — freeing them to be on site. Fewer review delays, fewer missed gaps, a defensible paper trail.
One prevented HSA prosecution pays for years of subscription fees.
Subcontractors — Documentation Software
Pricing is designed to work for SME contractors — the businesses most likely to lose contracts due to disorganised documentation.
Yes. ComplyScope uses AI language models inside a controlled review workflow. The software checks documents against defined Irish regulatory standards and produces structured outputs for human review. It does not approve documents, make legal decisions, or replace the duty holder. For full details on how documents are handled, stored, and processed, see our Data Handling Statement.
Does ComplyScope approve or sign off documentation?
No. The software detects gaps and produces a report. Approval and sign-off remain entirely with the duty holder. Legal responsibility sits with a human, not with a system.
How is this different from an audit?
An audit issues a verdict. ComplyScope detects gaps and reports them. The duty holder reviews the findings and decides what the verdict is.
I already have a Safety Advisor. Why do I need this?
Your Safety Advisor needs to be on site — conducting inspections, managing real-time risks, talking to operatives. Every hour they spend at a desk reviewing incoming subcontractor paperwork is an hour they are not on site. ComplyScope handles the first-pass document review automatically. Your Safety Advisor reviews findings, not raw paperwork.
How does it handle AI errors or hallucinations?
Every output is framed as a gap report, not a verdict. Every report is reviewed by a duty holder before any action is taken. The system is built to produce consistent outputs on the same document every time.
How does the system connect to my document workflow?
Upload documents directly through the ComplyScope dashboard — Word or PDF files, any format. For automatic processing, ComplyScope connects to your existing SharePoint or OneDrive environment via Microsoft's standard API. Documents land in a designated folder, the software detects them automatically, and gap reports are returned to your output folder.
How do I start?
Create a free account and upload one document. The software processes it and returns a gap report. You see exactly what it produces before any commercial conversation begins. No card required.

First review is free. Upload one document and see the gap report before any commercial conversation.
